Sarah Elizabeth (Closson) & Manly Robert Shedd.

Manly Robert Shedd was born on 6/5/1879 in Frankfort County, Pepin, Wisconsin. He died in Independence, Missouri on 4/13/1967, he was 87. He is buried in Oak Ridge Memory Gardens, Independence, Missouri. His Occupation was farmer & construction work. His religion was RLDS. He was baptized RLDS 7/11/1896 at Frankfort Branch (Porcupine), Wisconsin.

Sarah Elizabeth Closson was the daughter of Frank Eric Closson (11/14/1851-6/5/1885) & Arminda Bowken (6/13/1858). She was born on 9/26/1880 in Wheatville, Crawford County, Wisconsin. She died in Independence, Missouri on 7/20/1959, she was 78. She is buried in Oak Ridge Memory Gardens, Independence, Missouri. Her occupation was homemaker. Her religion was RLDS. She was baptized RLDS 7/11/1889 at Lagrange, Wisconsin. She was the twin of Cornelius Elmer Closson who died at birth.

On 4/22/1900 Manly Robert Shedd & Sarah Elizabeth Closson were married.  He was 20, & she was 19.

They had ten children.  They were: Lloyd Manly, Lola Marian, Lorrie Nelson. Louisa Belle, Leroy Owen, Lenoir June, Laurence Rex, Lyle Devere, Lora Harriet, and Lyndon Robert.
