Biographical Sketch of Effie Mae (Fleming) Fuller
Believed to have been written by Elsie Ellen Fleming
Born at Pepin, she attended the Hicks
Valley school until she
finished, then attended Pepin High, and then taught the
Little Plum School.
She was married to Orlo L. Fuller Aug 24. 1893 at Maiden
Rock, Wis, both teaching in the Stockholm Schools the
following year, and living in Stockholm, where on June 4,
1894 Gla Russel was born at the Fleming home in Hicks
Valley. (“Euphemia” was her correct name. Little wonder
that she preferred
“Effie” or Mae) |
